There was a time when every barber used to offer a shave to their clients along with the short top and sides. Unfortunately this is a tradition that has been lost, but one we are pleased to say that is slowly coming back.
The Cut Throat Difference
The shave we offer, using a traditional straight edge razor is unlike any other. It is the ultimate in luxury and relaxtion for guys, using a combination of hot towels, two shaves, a cold towel and the best shaving products available this isn't just a shave. It is an experience!
Lie back, relax and let us do the hard work! Our shaves take approximately 45mins to complete, and here is why:
- We start with a hot towel to relax, warm and soften the skin
- Facial wash and massage to cleanse, lift the beard and prepare the skin
- Then use another hot towel to make sure the skin is really soft and you are completely relaxed
- Rub shave oil into the beard area for a smooth shave
- Using a shave brush lather the face with a thick shave crème
- Carry out the first shave with a cut throat blade
- Lather again
- Perform the second shave
- Cool down with a chilled cold towel
- Soothe with a moisturiser and after shave balm
Head Shave
Do like the look and feel of smooth skinhead? We now offer head shaving using the traditional straight edge cut throat razor!
The head shave uses the same high quality shave products, and we shave your head twice to give you an incredible close shave. The head shave includes your neck and sideburns if desired, but does not include the facial shave - though the two can be combined!
