Massage

All massages are carried out on our electric heated treatment table using Tui Massage Waxes (a unique blend of Beeswax and Natural ingredients for a supreme massage experience). If you have any allergies or sensitiveness to essential oils please inform us at the time of booking.

Ordering Products

We have an extensive range of products available when you come in for a treatment, some of these are available as mail order items. Please contact us to discuss any item you wish to purchase. Please be aware that we only deliver to UK mainland addresses, not PO boxes. Unfortunately we do have products in our range that we cannot retail without an in person consultation.

Terms & Conditions

1. All treatments are strictly by appointment only. Payment by either cash or major credit / debit card, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
2. Any inappropriate or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated. If a client does not respect this the treatment will be terminated, they will be asked to leave and barred from future appointments.
3. As a matter of routine we will send a text message reminder to the mobile phone held on record the day before the appointment. This is to confirm the appointment date, time and our address. If you do not wish us to do this please inform us at the time of booking.
4. Please do not arrive more then five minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you do arrive early please call / text first to check we can see you.
5. If you are running more then 5 minutes late, we understand the problems caused by traffic in the area, please try to contact us to let us know. Remembering only to use your phone when it is safe and legal to do so. Arriving more then 15minutes after your scheduled appointment time you probably won't be treated as you appointment will then over run into the next client and you could be classed as a 'no show' - see point 11.
6. Appointments for over £50 may require a 30% deposit at the time of booking.
7. Calls from withheld numbers will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
8. Deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations made with more then 24hours they can be used as a credit towards your next appointment.
9. Each client is required to complete a consultation form before an appointment and at least once every twelve months. This will include full name, date of birth, full address and contact number. Proof if ID may be asked for to verify this. Credit card details are never stored, personal details and client records are never shared with third parties.
10. Cancellation notice is 24 hours. Appointments cancelled within this time may require that for future bookings the full treatment cost is taken as a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made with more then 24hours notice it can be used as a credit towards your next appointment.
11. For appointments that no cancellation is given (a no show) you may also be liable for the cost of the missed appointment as well as prepaying for future appointments as described in point 10.
12. These terms are subject to change at our discretion.
