Massage is one of the oldest and most powerful forms of known healing arts, it predates orthodox medicine and all other forms of complementary therapy. Everyone uses touch without thinking of it as 'massage', it is used because we know it helps to reduce pain and tension and is very comfortining.

Therapeutic Massage is based on the traditonal Swedish Massage technique combining that with a holistic approach of intuitive massage. It is a belief that the mind, body and spirit can only be treated as one - not just the physical. No two treatments are the same as each one is tailored to the clients needs at that time. A massage is much more then just a rub.
